FAQ
What is a healthy current ratio?
Generally 1.2 to 2. Below 1 means current liabilities exceed current assets, which can signal cash pressure; well above 3 can mean idle cash or slow-moving stock.
What does debt-to-equity tell me?
How much the business is funded by lenders compared with owners. Above 2 is often seen as high risk, though capital-intensive industries run higher.
